All products are handcrafted and made in small batches. As such, minor variations in size, color, and pattern are normal and reflect the uniqueness of each item.
We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible, but color accuracy may vary slightly due to screen settings or photography lighting.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
EcoHomes reserves the right to adjust prices or cancel orders due to pricing errors, system glitches, or stock issues.
Payment must be made in full before the order is processed or dispatched.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, it can only be cancelled within 12 hours by the customer.
EcoHomes reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: stock unavailability, pricing errors, or incomplete customer information.
No refunds or money-back guarantees are offered. Please refer to our Ordering & Support Policy for details on exchanges.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, designs, and logos—is the intellectual property of EcoHomes and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

EcoHomes shall not be held liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
Shipping delays caused by courier services, natural events, or other uncontrollable factors.
Customer is responsible for ensuring the correct address and contact details at the time of placing the order.
