       1. What is your return or exchange policy?

        We offer exchanges within 7 days only if:

• The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at delivery.
• You received a different item from what you ordered.
  
• Something is missing from your package.
  Please email us at ceo@ecohomes.store or call 0300 1050521 within 7 days of your order. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Please note: Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

      2. Are all EcoHomes products handmade and authentic ?

           Yes, each product is handmade by skilled rural women artisans in Pakistan using traditional techniques and eco-friendly materials. Every item carries a unique touch and may have slight variations that reflect its handmade nature.

     3. Do You Ship Nationwide and Internationally?

        Currently, we offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. International shipping is not yet available, but we are working to expand our reach globally soon, Insha’Allah.

    4. Can I request a custom product or a bulk order?

         Yes! We welcome custom and bulk orders for events, gifting, or interior projects. Please contact us at ceo@ecohomes.store with your requirements, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

    5. How is EcoHomes contributing to sustainability?

         All our products are made from natural, biodegradable materials like palm leaves and vegetable-based dyes. We focus on small-batch production, fair wages, and eco-conscious practices to ensure minimal environmental impact and maximum social good.
